121411: Yakimix Date with LC18
If I’m not mistaken, it was last August when FAASTIGAN: COOLTURE, an event by DLSU’s College of Liberal Arts, was held. Our block, Block 04118 or most commonly known as LC18, won the competition. Our prize was an overnight stay in one of Tagaytay’s hotels and when converted into money, it’ll be equal to more or less 5,000 pesos.
Due to conflicting schedules and accommodation and communication problems, we weren’t able to claim our prize immediately. And so, we decided to take the money and have a “block date” during our last term as LC18 instead.

The photo above shows only 27 out of the 41 people that made up the LC18 Centennial Batch. We all agreed that we should set the block date’s venue in the Yakimix branch in Mall of Asia. Right after our grade consultation for our INTFILO course is when we had our block date.

My cheeks aren’t really that chubby. I was chewing food, that’s why.

The six of us occupied a table outside (+ Jamie, Lyka, Kevin, and Wendy also occupied a table outside which was next to us) while most of our blockmates are inside. There were no more vacant seats/tables available inside so, we really had no choice.

Food was okay. And by that, I mean, it wasn’t so good nor so bad. The desserts looked better than they tasted, truth be told. My tummy wouldn’t wanna have it any other way, though. I was so hungry and so were my blockmates.

How time flies, indeed. I’ll surely miss each one of you!

We needed to go back to DLSU for our INTGLOS grade consultation. My table-mates and I decided that we should ride with Kevin since he needs go back to Taft too. Club beats kept us sane during the siesta hour.
Definitely made the most out of our last day together!! ♥
*Photos were grabbed from Toni Go. Though, 90% of these were my shots.
