020712: Bb Tuesdays

My Tuesday classes end at 12:50pm but at times, since TREDONE is my last subject/course, I’m already dismissed at around 12:30pm and even before. I don’t go home immediately. After classes, one would usually see me eating lunch with my engineering friends at Agno or walking/hanging around with some of my high school friends who are also Lasallians, around the campus. Rarely would one see me hangout with my blockmates. Well, maybe a little chit-chat with them but that’s about it. And so, this Tuesday date was far from the usual.

Meet Jess. A fellow Montessorian who is from the Angeles branch, specifically. Despite the high school drama we went through, we managed to become friends and even became closer because we belong in the same block having exactly the same double-degree course, CAM-BSA!

The one sitting down and doing a kissy face + the peace sign is Jamie. We call her by her catchy surname, Chu Choc. It’s not really because we have another Jamie in our block, but she has been called and known by her friends by that name all her life. She’s one of the older people in our block that’s why she really is an “Ate” to her friends.

Rai is what we call that girl who has those adorable natural curls and is holding a (if I’m not mistaken) Venti-sized cup of Vanilla Latte. The girl who knows almost everything in the world but still is very down-to-earth. She’s really not your ordinary girl, that I can assure you!

*For those of you who do not know, I have poor eyesight and I’m near-sighted.

The Starbucks across Andrew building was our meeting place. I didn’t have a photo with Bb Ynez so I can’t *informally* introduce her in this post, but here’s another girl that I really missed alot…

Oh, my stressed eyes. She’s Chua! loljk Hazel is her first name. Only was it last term when we became close, along with Wendy. We were LABmates back then and that’s mainly the reason why we call each other by LAB + our surnames. I find it adorable and sweet that we three got along really well! It’s as if we’re really sisters!

Now here are some cutesy photos @ Starbucks before we headed to Nomi!!

That’s her bad habit. Thank you for the photos!!

^ Ynez, such a cutie!! ☺

And, here are some of the photos taken @ Nomi wherein we ate our lunch and where they played Monopoly Deal cards, which I hate, sorry.

They still had classes after our date. Well, at least, I was able to catch-up with them. FINALLY! ♥

121411: Yakimix Date with LC18

If I’m not mistaken, it was last August when FAASTIGAN: COOLTURE, an event by DLSU’s College of Liberal Arts, was held. Our block, Block 04118 or most commonly known as LC18, won the competition. Our prize was an overnight stay in one of Tagaytay’s hotels and when converted into money, it’ll be equal to more or less 5,000 pesos.

Due to conflicting schedules and accommodation and communication problems, we weren’t able to claim our prize immediately. And so, we decided to take the money and have a “block date” during our last term as LC18 instead.

The photo above shows only 27 out of the 41 people that made up the LC18 Centennial Batch. We all agreed that we should set the block date’s venue in the Yakimix branch in Mall of Asia. Right after our grade consultation for our INTFILO course is when we had our block date.

My cheeks aren’t really that chubby. I was chewing food, that’s why.

The six of us occupied a table outside (+ Jamie, Lyka, Kevin, and Wendy also occupied a table outside which was next to us) while most of our blockmates are inside. There were no more vacant seats/tables available inside so, we really had no choice.

Food was okay. And by that, I mean, it wasn’t so good nor so bad. The desserts looked better than they tasted, truth be told. My tummy wouldn’t wanna have it any other way, though. I was so hungry and so were my blockmates.

How time flies, indeed. I’ll surely miss each one of you!

We needed to go back to DLSU for our INTGLOS grade consultation. My table-mates and I decided that we should ride with Kevin since he needs go back to Taft too. Club beats kept us sane during the siesta hour.

Definitely made the most out of our last day together!! ♥

*Photos were grabbed from Toni Go. Though, 90% of these were my shots.

I LOVE YOU TOO, BBS!! ♥
Them blockmates were so bored that they decided to “love write” on my arm chair. It’s sad to realize that I only have a term to go to seize the schooldays with them.

I forgot the exact date when I made this, but I’m pretty sure t’was a few days after DLSU’s Centennial Celebration. I lack a lot of artsy skills, I know.
None of the photos are mine. One of the photos is from an assigned photographer while the rest are from my blockmates. Kudos! ✯
