Sneak peek of my soon-to-rant personal posts: Enchanted Kingdom, Seventeenth, Legalization, and YOLO.

I already have classes tomorrow and I can’t even feel it coming, though finally I am no longer a froshie! Hoooorah!!! Honestly, I’m scared for my future health condition. Two out of my 4-day class schedule which is Tuesday and Thursday will be the death of me. Exaggerated but possible. Wish me luck, yeah?

Oh, and, good luck on your first day in DLSU, froshies!!! ♥ hope to meet some of you guys tomorrow!

YOLO via justsayisha (Trisha Calinisan’s Youtube account)

When some of our friends were already planning to sleep after a long night of drinks, laughs, dance, jacuzzi and all sorts of pure fun, Jannica, Bunch, and Miko were planning to go home already. Jannica was to be drove by the two boys home using Miko’s car. Funny how Chen, Trisha, and I said that we were going with them since we thought of buying McDonald’s for ourselves as well as for Jireh and that the two boys should bring us back to Sar’s house, as we are going to ‘sleepover’ there. They agreed.

As we reached Jannica’s house and closed the car’s door, there arise a suggestion “Burger Machine na lang tayo! Saan ba yung malayong Burger Machine? Doon na lang!” (Let’s eat in Burger Machine, instead! Where’s the farthest Burger Machine stand? Let’s eat there!) Miko answered “Doon sa amin!!!” (The one near our house!!!) We all laughed and dished him away. Why? ‘cause his house was sooooo near Jannica’s!

Well, we actually drove to that Burger Machine stand and bought us some burgers that were on ‘Buy one, Take one’ promo. We thought out things like how Bunch was not wearing pants, only his blue M&Ms boxers as well as to go home or to have some more fun. We chose the last said thought. A nearby convenience store, Mini-Stop, was our next stop and if I’m not mistaken, that was the place where we finally agreed to seize the day at 5:00 in the morning.

“Let’s go to Taft!” “No, The Fort!” “How about Makati?” “Roxas Boulevard for the sunrise!” etcetera, etcetera.

  • We drank the night before and were sleepless.
  • We only had about 400 pesos.
  • No one had their driver’s lincense with them.
  • The car wasn’t Miko’s but his mom’s.
  • Bunch and Trisha were only wearing their boxers. Not shorts nor pants.
  • Chen wasn’t wearing a… just watch the video.

Basically, the title of the video explains it all: You Only Live Once

Either Uninspired Or

I’ve been home alone for two days now and it was just awhile ago when my mind decided to squeeze out a good amount of creativity juice. I dealt with the ever-so confusing and time-consuming HTML codes again but nevertheless, I must say that the outcome was worth my patience and strained eyes.

  • The way I see it, the Black and White combo made it all look classy.
  • The header and that right-hand side fierce photo were from the photoshoot I had with my cousin last Friday.
  • I love how my latest (reblogged) post is a seriously stressed Minnie Mouse version courtesy of my haggard face and Jamie Castro’s mad photography skills. Oh, and how it is also in monochrome. What a coincidence!

I always have questions and such in my Formspring nowadays. I don’t think I can explain what I really feel but let’s just say… I like it. *wink
  • Lloyd Abella has a Tumblr account now!!! (Yes, I’m promoting!)
  • To the anon who asked this question, why not ask Lloyd? Haha, kidding.
  • I don’t answer all questions especially those repetitive ones like “are you single?” and “may nanliligaw ba sayo ngayon? (do you have a suitor/lover right now?)” unless my answer would be different than the usual.

I am currently listening to Free Falling by John Mayer. Actually, it has been on-repeat for about four hours now. Something is sinking in and taking all over me again.

  • Three days on-public. Should I go on-private again?
  • Expand… I hope it can all be like it was before.
  • This too shall pass.

P.S. I shall post more personal posts in the coming days. Please be guided by the title of this post if all else fail. Feel free to insert the other choice.

“Dear Sixteen Year Old Me, here’s to being Seventeen!” — Just something off my bucketlist. Finally.
A photo that I took before I turned a year older that I am posting before I turn a year and a day older. Cropped Nothing. No Enhancements. Plus Watermark.

Here’s another question that I received yesterday that might be of your interest too!
Tip #1: I hope you are aware that there is a Facebook page for all you ID 112s out there. Log-in to your Facebook account and go to this link:http://www.facebook.com/groups/347045578680215/ Add yourself up if you haven’t joined yet! There are polls there for the different colleges with the different blocks as the choices. Choose which block you belong to and see who are the other people who chose it too because most probably, they are your blockmates! Don’t be scared to add them up and converse with them because they too may be feeling the same way as you are for your LPEP. Tip #2: If you have mutual friends with your blockmates-to-be, try to ask those friends of yours on how did they know your blockmates or what they know about them. At least, in this way, you already have an idea or maybe even a conversation-starter to your blockmate/s during your LPEP. Tip #3: Smile and make the most out of the activities that your LAMB/s have prepared for you! Especially in those activities that will help you remember your blockmates’ names and those that will also involve teamwork. Tip #4: During mealtime, sit to a table that you know in yourself you’ll be comfortable to be in, maybe because of one or two persons that you know already. You’ll gain more confidence in meeting your other blockmates that are seated in your table as well. Trust me, when you know more than two blockmates already in the same table, you’ll actually realize that you’re getting the hang of meeting more people.Tip #5: Be yourself and don’t even try to be someone you’re not just to fit in. Do remember that you really can’t please everyone. If they don’t like you, then so be it. Never forget who you really are because that may just be your greatest asset in life. These are just five tips but if I were you, do update me so that I’ll be able to give you more tips, if ever these won’t work during the first day of your LPEP. But, to be honest, I doubt that you’ll not be able to meet new friends. Being yourself really is the best tip that I can give for now.
